I’m Victor, Head of AI & Analytics in Hong Kong. I build AI systems, from Bayesian models on sensor data to LLM agents and their safeguards. My PhD at HKUST focused on Bayesian methods for fatigue monitoring in structures. Before that, I spent several years running telecom infrastructure projects across Mexico, Central America, and South America.
When I’m not building, you’ll find me swimming, running, or trying new recipes in the kitchen, probably while listening to some flavour of metal 🤘.
